- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely awful practice. The practice manager very rude and cut me off on the phone. The vet doesn't listen. A very upsetting experience occurred and no past medical history was discussed with me as the pet owner by the vet. I love my pets, and have had many for decades. This practice need to learn the protocols for sick animals, investigate them appropriately to have a proper treatment plan. Be sure that all your questions are answered appropriately. Have a written treatment plan and written consultation. Owners are entitled to read clinical notes . Choices MUST be offered to pet owners.
